OREANDA-NEWS.  July 05, 2012. TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT on procurement of maintenance for cooling, air-conditioning, water and sanitation systems and equipment of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, reported the press-centre of CBA. 

1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender on procurement of maintenance for cooling, air-conditioning, water and sanitation systems and equipment of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

The Tender procedure is to be held at the administrative tower of the Central Bank (R.Behbidov, 32) on 9 August 2012 at 15.00.

2. Bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:

- tender application;

- notarized copies of documents confirming legal status of the Bidder (Charter, certificate of state registration or statement from registry, etc);

- document confirming authorities of the persons empowered to sign the tender offer and procurement contract;

- bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee;

- two copies of the tender proposal in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 24 September 2012);

- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the tender proposal (in the format specified in the RFP). The Bank guarantee shall exceed the effective term of the tender proposal over 30 (thirty) banking days;

- bank statement on financial standing of the bidder over the past one (1) year;

- reference issued by a respective tax authority on absence of expired obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. The bidder shall submit the signed and sealed bid and the bank guarantee in a two-fold envelope until 18.00, 8 August 2012, and other sealed and signed necessary documents in closed envelopes to the CBAR administrative tower located at 32, R.Behbudov Str, Baku city not later than 18.00, 30 July 2012. Bids submitted later than the fixed date shall be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to the tender.

4. Participation fee is AZN100 (one hundred). Bidders shall transfer the participation fee to the following account: Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a/n 0170690001944, c/a AZ74NABZ01451700000000001944, code 501004, TIN 9900071001; Payment Systems and Settlements Department of the CBA.

5. Commencement date: 1 (one) day upon signing of procurement agreement.

6. Any company willing to participate in the tender may get the RFP in Azerbaijani from the CBAR Administrative tower, located at 32, R.Behbudov Str., Baku city through submission of the bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee.
