IDGC of Centre Held Meeting with Representatives of Investment Funds

More than 1,000 investors and representatives of the political and business elite participated in the 16th Annual Renaissance Capital Investor Conference. Within the conference a panel session was held, which was attended by the editor of the Time magazine Fareed Zakaria, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, Economics Professor at Oxford University Paul Collier, Chief Economist at Moody's Lucio Vinhas de Souza, Professor of Political Science at the University of California Daniel Treisman and Chief Strategist and Economist of Investment Company "Renaissance Capital" Charles Robertson.

Management of IDGC of Centre took part in nine one-on-one meetings and commented on the results of the Company’s activity for the 1st quarter of 2012, forecasts for 2012 and the parameters of RAB-regulation, approved by the regulator — FTS Russia for seven branches of the Company and the expected decisions for the remaining four branches.
Investors had also interest in the implementation results of the investment program in 2011, Q1 2012 and forecasts for 2012-2017, the initiatives of the management to reduce operating costs under control, the implementation of the grid assets consolidation program in the regions of the service area of IDGC of Centre, and the Company's dividend policy. IDGC of Centre for the second year in a row pays one of the highest dividends among the distribution grid sector. As a result of the held on June 15, 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders it was decided to pay dividends in the amount of 422 million rubles, which accounted for 8.1% of net profit for the reporting period. Management also responded to several questions with regard to ongoing innovation projects and plans to attract credit resources in 2012 to implement the investment program of IDGC of Centre.
