OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2012. At SUEK, the duties of Director for Human Resources and Administration have been assumed by Ahmed Bedredinov, Deputy CEO.

Specifically, Mr. Bedredinov will guide HR potential shaping and development in accordance with the Company business needs, HR strategy development, development and implementation of HR plans and programs, performance management system, social processes management, etc.

A. Bedredinov graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy (Plekhanov Russian Economic University) in 1989, from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2006.

In 1994 - 1997 he was in charge of Human Resources at the Moscow representative office of Philip Morris International and managed personnel at the Krasnodartabakprom tobacco factory; in 1997 - 1999 he managed personnel at the Russian branch of Nestle. In 1999 - 2004 – Deputy CEO in charge of HR Policy Administration at JSC  Yuganskneftegaz (NK Yukos), Executive Vice-President in charge of HR Policy Department at ZAO Yukos Exploration and Production. In 2004 - 2006 – Deputy CEO for HR and Administration at Azovstal Iron and Steel Works, HR Director at LLC  Metinvest Holding (System Capital Management Group, Ukraine). In 2006 - 2010 – Deputy CEO for HR management at LLC  RU-COM; in 2010 - 2011 – Director of HR Policy Department at JSC  Sberbank of Russia. Since 2011 up to joining SUEK, he has filled the positions of CEO Adviser at JSC  Atomredmetzoloto and Deputy CEO directing HR management projects at JSC  Priargunskoye proizvodstvennoye gorno-khimicheskoye obyedinenye (Priargunskoye Mining and Chemical Production Group) (GK Rosatom).
