OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2012. The Annual Meeting of Rosbank shareholders was held on June 26, 2012. The shareholders approved the Financial Statements for the year 2011and the new edition of the Statute and Regulation on the Management Board of the bank, made the decision not to pay dividends for the past year.

Deloitte & Touche CIShas been appointed as Rosbank’s external auditor for the financial year 2012.

Started working for Societe Generale Group in March 2007 as Head of Strategic Performance Management in the Finance and Development Division. Was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Societe Generale in May 2008. In August 2008 became the President of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Financial Services Holding, SG group. In December 2009 he became a Member of the Board of Directors at Amundi group, and in October 2010 – Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Inter Europe Conseil. Currently he is a CEO of Corporate & Investment Banking and Member of the Management Board, Societe Generale Group.
