OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2012. A decision to the effect was taken following the outcome of the absentee session of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West on June, 22 of the current year.

Aleksey Demidov (photo), a member of the Management Board, First Deputy General Director of IDGC Holding, JSC has been re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.

Lyudmila Nazarenko, Head of the Corporate Governance Division of IDGC of the North-West, JSC, has been elected Corporate Secretary. A decision to the effect was taken following the outcome of the absentee session of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West on June, 22 of the current year.

The newly composed Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC was elected following the results of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2012. It includes 11 persons, that is: Aleksey Demidov, Aleksey Korshunov, Andrey Murov, Aleksandr Popov, Taras Shevchenko, Aleksey Kurochkin, Aleksandr Pyatigor, Anna Katina (nominated by IDGC Holding, JSC), Tatyana Dronova (candidacy advanced by Energosouz Holdings Limited), Seppo Remes (nominated by Energyo Solutions Russia (Cyprus) Limited), Roman Filkin (candidacy advanced by Memphito Limited).
