OREANDA-NEWS.  July 03, 2012. SCM Group China Trading Co. Ltd., a division of woodworking machinery manufacturer SCM of Rimini, Italy, recently received the "Best Italian SME in China Panda Award", as the company said in the press release.

The award recognizes SCM of its 2011 investments in the Chinese market and its plans for additional development in 2012. SCM said SCM Group China, which was established 10 years ago, has averaged a 46.5% increase in turnover in each of the last three years.

Marco Rampichini, general manager of SCM Group China, accepted the Panda award during a gala dinner. "I would like to stress that this has been a success for all 'made in Italy' technology," Rampichini said.
