MEGABANK VIP-Clients Servicing Department Celebrates 1st Anniversary
OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2012. The Department, which is located at the Head Office (Kharkiv, 30 Artema str.) provides services to large depositors, company executives, and businessmen. According to Viktoriya Podgornaya, the Deputy Chairman of "MEGABANK", they are mainly people who need a special approach and a quality of service, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.
They have no time to stand in a queue; they need an opportunity to get round-the-clock advice over phone; complete confidentiality is important for them as well. "We try to provide our clients with maximum comfort. Every VIP customer has a personal manager. He/she usually arranges a meeting in advance in order to prepare all papers needed to make bank operations", – Viktoriya Podgornaya stated. There are a separate cash desk and room for negotiations at the department. The bank guarantees fast servicing, complete confidentiality and loyalty.
There were 184 VIP clients in the bank when the Department started its work. And today theirs number reaches 419 persons. The amount of their deposits in the deposit portfolio of individuals has increased significantly and it makes UAH 271 mln. The amount of loans given to VIP customers has increased to UAH 178 mln.
The Department offers a full range of services as for all banking products and gives advice to not only the customers but to their families too. More often over phone specialists answer questions about service charges and cards servicing (mainly regarding use of cards abroad).
Recently, "Platinum" cards with concierge service are offered to VIP clients of the bank. This service includes 154 services of 20 categories (business, legal, insurance and informative services related to a house, travelling, medicine, automobiles, etc.)
The Department employees say that when working with VIP clients they have to be not only professionals in banking but psychologists too, know much about events in the country and abroad. It is pleasant when customers thank for quick servicing, nice atmosphere and good coffee. Managers of the Department got used to be available 24 hours a day. "We are very patient and we understand that our clients are unique. They trust us that’s why we have to justify their expectations", – said Alexandra Osmak, the leading economist of the department. "Sometimes we have to decide issues, which are not connected with our bank: in this case we ask colleagues from other banks to show understanding our position and help to solve the issue".
