OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2012. In accordance with  resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated May 31 2012, commercial papers of  Miratorg-Finance LLC(State registration number of issue is  4B02-01-36276-R)  are included in the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia.

Looking back to July 2011, Miratorg- Finance LLC registered two issues of the bonds, RUR 3 bln. each, and in August  2011, the first of them was successfully offered for public subscription.

The total quantity demand for commercial papers of Miratorg -Finance LLC under the series  БO-01 during book-building was total RUR  4,970 bln.

"I am sure, that incoming the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia, as well as the steadily growing production and financial indexes, will surely act to raise the  attractiveness of  the Holding bond papers  and  facilitate more successful implementation of new borrowings" - Vadim Kotenko, Financial Vice President of ABH Miratorg, pointed it out.

Miratorg- Finance LLC, incoming  ABH Miratorg, has been presented on financial market since 2007, when the first bonds issue to the amount of RUR 2,5 bln. was offered .

In February 2010, Miratorg bonds were included in the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia.

In 2011, Fitch Ratings rated B for ABH Miratorg.
