OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2012. NOMOS-BANK is offering a new personal financial planning instrument for use by its premium banking customers. The software programme is unique on the Russian financial services market and enables the customer to prepare his or her own financial plan, based on personal objectives, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK.

The product was developed by the Dutch financial software specialist, Figlo, in association with NOMOS-BANK.

“The launch of this service raises financial planning in Russia to a new level,” said the NOMOS-BANK Vice-President, Dmitry Vechkanov. “Up to now financial planning has consisted, essentially, of ready-made plans that could not be adjusted or of complex calculations using an Excel programme. The product now offered by NOMOS-BANK is an efficient, world-class tool, enabling planning that takes account of the individual specifics of each customer.”

The NOMOS-BANK programme carries out multi-factor analysis of the customer’s financial situation and automatically selects financial instruments that will enable achievement of his or her financial objectives (purchasing real estate, educating children, pension planning, etc.). Plan formation takes account both of the customer’s personal information (income, assets, any inability to work, risk profile, financial objectives), and the economic context (inflation, developments on the securities market, growth of real estate prices).

A separate portfolio is put together for each customer objective. The portfolio may include bank deposits, shares and bonds, insurance and credit products.

Once the plan has been compiled, the customer can meet with a NOMOS-BANK consultant in order to makes any amendments or track financial progress. Bank specialists recommend such meetings at least once in each quarter.

The financial planning service is available at premium banking offices of NOMOS-BANK located in Moscow.

The NOMOS development strategy envisages making the service available in all Russian regions where NOMOS-BANK has a branch network by the end of 2010.

NOMOS-BANK offers its premium banking services to customers holding between RUB 700,000 and RUB 5 million on deposit and with monthly income between RUB 130,000 and RUB 750,000.
