OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2012. The first million tons of coal is mined since the beginning of the year at Zarechny open-pit mine which is part of Razrezoupravlenie SUEK-Kuzbass. Such an early million was mined at this enterprise for the first time. In 2011 the first million tons of coal was mined on June 27.

The leading team led by Yuriy Duding got an honorary right to mine the millionth ton of coal. At the morning shift a new BelAZ truck solemnly brought the millionth ton of coal out of the mine working.

Today Zarechny open-pit mine is one of the promising coal open mining in the company SUEK-Kuzbass. Here technical reequipment is at full pelt, is introduced Quarry, a mine transportation equipment dispatch system; the motor fleet has been completed with six 220-tons and ten 130-tons BelAZ; Liebherr powerful bulldozers (Germany), P&H2300XPC excavators from P&H Mining Equipment (USA) Hitachi 1900 (Japan) and Komatsu (Japan) excavators, etc.

- It is great that out collective shows this year such excellent results. The 2012 early million tells that our efforts on technical reequipment of the open pit mine, the organization of mining, labour safety and social programs for our employees were not in vain and are giving positive results. We proved that we are able to work perfectly and are able not only to fulfil planned tasks but to outstrip them, - solemnly mentioned Sergey Kanzychakov, the director of Razrezoupravlenie SUEK-Kuzbass.
