Electricity Consumption Grew 4,8% in Moldova
OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2012. According to the National Energy Regulatory Agency, the increase of the consumption was recorded in all areas of the state, with the most significant one being registered in areas served by RED Nord-Vest and RED Union Fenosa and making 5.7% and 5.5% respectively.
In the area served by RED Nord the consumption increased 1.7% only. The power consumption in the area served by RED Union Fenosa made up 703.2 mln. kWh, making over 73% of the power market; the consumption in the area served by RED Nord was 166,3 mln. kWh; the consumption in the areas served by RED Nord-Vest was 85,7 mln. kWh.
The power consumed was paid for 98,7%. The best payments of 100.3% were registered in the area served by RED Union Fenosa. Payments in areas of RED Nord-Vest and RED Nord were 97.5% and 93.1% respectively.
