According to FSUE “Rosmorport” order № 322 dated 28.05.2012, with the aim to increase the efficiency of coordination of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch structural subdivisions activities in the field of navigation safety and security, a position of deputy director on navigation safety was created in the staff schedule of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch. By FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch order № 1606-Л dated 05.062012 Andrey Borisovich Balashov was transferred to this position, reported the press-centre of Rosmorport.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch order № 1136-л dated 05.05.2012 V.N. Garnets was relieved from the position of deputy director on major construction and operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch upon his own will.

By FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch order № 1145-л dated 05.05.2012 from May 6, 2012 Aleksander Valeryevich Kuznetsov was appointed acting deputy director on major construction and operations of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-West basin branch.
