OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2012. Maritime passenger traffic along the new route Sochi–Tuapse–Gelendzhik and backwards is opening, reported the press-centre of Rosmorport.

Residents and guests of the Krasnodar region resorts, who already recognized the advantages of marine transport last year, can now enjoy the new high-speed passenger boat Sochi-1 which will run from Sochi to Gelendzhik with a stop at Tuapse two times a week. The trip from Sochi to Gelendzhik will takes 4.5 hours.

The boat is to leave the Sochi seaport at 8:00 MSK (GMT+4) and to arrive at the Gelendzhik seaport at 12:30 MSK (GMT+4). The boat is also to stop at Tuapse at 10:00 MSK (GMT+4). The back passage is to start at 16:30 MSK (GMT+4) from the Gelendzhik seaport, then there will be a stop in the Tuapse seaport at 18:30 MSK (GMT+4) and at 21:00 MSK (GMT+4) the boat is to arrive at the Sochi seaport.

Boat tickets are available in ticket office №8 at the shallow berth of the Passenger Ship Terminal of the Sochi seaport.

A return ticket for a trip from Sochi to Gelendzhik by Sochi-1 passenger boat costs 2000 RUR, while a one-way ticket costs 1200 RUR.
