OREANDA-NEWS. June 26, 2012. Please be reminded that surrently trades on Standard market are settled by two organizations: Depository Clearing Company (DCC) and National Settlement Depository (NSD). It is expected that on August 01, 2012 NSD will become the single settlement depository for the Standard market.

DCC Participants can transfer securities from GQRTS trading subaccounts to special subaccounts for settlement of trades of Standard market in NSD, in which connection DCC chargesa a reduced fee for securities withdrawals to NSD from June 1, 2012 to July 31, 2012.

The reduced fee is equal to RUB75 (VAT exclusive) per instruction.

Please note that the reduced fee is also charged for withdrawal of assets from the main subaccounts at DCC to accounts with NSD because of the integration of DCC's and NSD's business. Please note also that for securities which are not included in the list of securities eligible for settlement via the DCC-NSD Bridge the fees of the registrar will also be charged from the Participant.
