Pursuant to the decision of annual general shareholders' meeting Kazakhtelecom JSC paid dividends for 2011 and 1 quarter 2012 in amount of 221 579 743,6 thousand tenge (considering income tax deduction at source of payment), including by ordinary shares 215 219 027,5 thousand tenge, by privileged shares 6 360 716,1 thousand tenge (data provided as of 13.06.2012), reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.
