OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2012. The Russian company "E-Car" is going to build a factory for the production of "E-mobile" in Vietnam. The corresponding agreement on the plant construction with one of the Vietnamese companies will be signed in late 2012 - early 2013. The capacity of the future enterprise will allow producing 100 thousand cars per year, with a subsequent expansion of the production capacity. 

 According to the director general of the "E-Car" Andrey Biryukov, the funds for the plant construction will be provided by the state that already has documented its intentions. "At the same time the Vietnamese side will buy a license for the production of "E-mobiles"- said Andrey Biryukov. Car sales are planned throughout the whole Southeast Asia.
