CyberPlat® payment system is a longtime partner of SMARTS in collecting revenues and provides payment acceptance through cashiers in the operator’s retail network in the Volga region and Central Russia. Cooperation between CyberPlat® and SMARTS has allowed providing more than 2.5 million subscribers with a wide range of financial services and improving the quality of service.

SMARTS sent CyberPlat® payment system a letter of recommendation which praised the joint cooperation. In particular, the document remarks the high rates achieved in terms of payments received, dynamic development of the payment acceptance network and high quality of customer service.

As far back as 2005 CyberPlat® payment system became one of the first partners of SMARTS in accepting payments for services of the mobile phones operator. Subsequently, the operator chose CyberPlat® as a platform for payment acceptance through cashiers of its retail network. Today, CyberPlat® payment system is implemented for cash payments in all 150 SMARTS offices.
