OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2012. The state will give a voucher for the retraining of people older than 45 years if they have at least 15 years of seniority.

This was stated by vice Prime Minister - Minister of Social Policy Sergiy Tigipko during his working trip to Crimea, where he visited the Republican Centre for Vocational Education of the State Employment Service.

"We should give people, whose profession is no longer in demand at the labor market, the ability to obtain new skills" - Sergei Tigipko said.

Vice Prime Minister noted that one of the proposals of the law on employment - to give people over 45 year a voucher for a new specialty. According to him, next year, when the law on employment comes into force, the value of the voucher will be 12 thousand UAH.
