OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2012. Leonid Alekhin has been appointed General Director of TANECO. Presentation of the new General Director of TANECO was made by Nail Maganov, First Deputy General Director of TATNEFT and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TANECO, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Introducing the new General Director of NPiNHZ Nail Maganov and Rinat Sabirov, Assistant to President of Tatarstan said that Leonid Alekhin had proved himself as a competent and effective manager and a highly skilled professional in petrochemistry and oil refining.

Leonid S. Alekhin was born on October 14, 1955 in Chapayevsk of Kuibyshev region.

He graduated from Kazan Institute of Chemical Technology in 1980.
