OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2012. The IBA introduced a totally new service in the market, enabling VISA card holders to transfer money to all types of VISA cards of Azerbaijani banks and banks in CIS countries, reported the press-centre of IBA.   

As mentioned by the press service of the bank, using VISA Personal Payment service, card holders can transfer amounts in manats to Azerbaijani banks and in US dollars to the banks in CIS countries. This new service is already activated on the all ATMs of the IBA, so the cardholders do not need to visit branches to make the transfer.

VISA Personal Payment fees differ from 0.25% to 0.75% for the transfer between Azerbaijani banks. The daily limit on the transaction is set at AZN2000. For the transfers to CIS countries the fees differ from 1% to 1.5% and the daily limit is USD1000.

The bank plans to expand the scope of the service by introducing payments to the regions other than CIS.
