OREANDA-NEWS.  June 19, 2012. The Cabinet has approved the draft presidential decree "On the Concept of State Policy on the Consumer Rights Protection."

The project offers to identify areas and mechanisms of implementing the state policy on consumer rights protection.

This concept implementation will facilitate to consumer rights protection by public organizations together with the legislative and executive authorities, local governments; will make impossible penetration of counterfeit or pirated goods into the consumer market; will improve pre-trial and trial proceedings of cases in this area as well.
