OREANDA-NEWS.  June 19, 2012. Sviaz-Bank’s Board of Directors has resolved to convene the annual general meeting of the Bank’s shareholders, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.   

The agenda for the annual meeting of the Bank’s shareholders includes approval of the Annual Report, annual financial statements, distribution of the profit earned in 2011, election of members of the Board of Directors, approval of the auditor, and approval of the transactions made, among others.
