OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2012. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Deloitte jointly organized a workshop for banks on updates to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), reported the press-centre of CBA.

The two-day trainings were conducted by IFRS experts within Deloitte.

The participants discussed current changes to the IFRS and the plans under way to affect financial reporting of banks.

The workshop was attended by reps from commercial banks, as well as by employees from relevant departments of the Financial Monitoring Service and the Central Bank.
