OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2012. 40 representatives of branches and central administration of Kazakhtelecom JSC discussed issues of youth policy, carried out work in groups, also participated on team building training, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.     

Delegates from Akmola oblast telecommunication direction shared the experience on joining young employees, where functions a youth group "ZhasTelecom". Due to the information of Zermarden Orazgaliyev, the group was established for joining the youth. "We participate in such public arrangements of Akmola OTD as Day of the old, Day of children protection and Winter sport events. Besides, we realize some projects independently", - noted Z.Orazgaliyev. Thus, today ZhasTelecom members propagate the principles of corporate culture. 

By words of Dalyapraz Buketova, Director of Personnel management and development department, favorable conditions for development and motivation of the youth are created in the company. "Particularly, preparation and development of young specialists at expense of employer through Bachelor, Masters and Doctors study is performed, much is made for social problems solving ", - underlined D.Buketova.

Due to the data actual number of Kazakhtelecom JSC employees for April 2012 composes 28 213 people, where 37% are young specialists at the age of 35. Work experience in the company is over 5 years at half of them, 4% are at head positions. About 180 people have state, and corporate awards.

By results of work of the Forum key directions of work with the youth have been defined, executive body – Youth Council of Kazakhtelecom JSC has been formed, proposals by project of youth policy and Road map have been worked out, including its realization.
