OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2012. KrAZ-632217-00К1064 and KrAZ-632207-00К1164 6x6 by order of System Use Contract Ltd (UK) and shipped them to South-African customer, reported the press-centre of AutoKrAZ.    

The special trucks have been built in partnership with Ukrainian manufacturers of after-market equipment such as “Ukrspetstechnika” (Kiev), “Cherkassytechnomash” (Cherkassy), RSA "Aerotechnika-MLT" (Makarov).

Supplied vehicles are right-hand drive all-wheel drive trucks provided with the Deutz BF6M1015С six-cylinder engine rated at 371 hp, the MFZ 430 single disc clutch, the 9JS200TA-G64999 9-speed transmission and wide-section tires for better traction on rough terrain. The cabs are provided with air-conditioning units.

These special trucks are designed to accommodate equipment for field parties, seismological laboratories, forestry and conservation area services and tow trailers over all kinds of roads and terrains.

The customer has chosen three-axle all-wheel drive KrAZ chassis cabs to carry chassis-mounted equipment due to their high cross-country ability, easy maintenance, repair and operation. According to the customer, the KrAZ trucks are the best choice to tackle jobs in harsh South-African conditions especially in rainy season over rugged terrain.
