OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2012. Expert RA rating agency assigned A creditworthiness rating (high) to Stroitel. Forecast is "stable".

Rating positives: moderately high liquidity indicators, significant asset growth, low share of accounts receivable in liability structure, low share of accounts payable is asset structure.

Limiting factors: poorly diversified business activity, declined prices at the key company market, high level of debt burden, low capital adequacy, poorly diversified debt obligations, low earning and profit indicators in 2011.

Expert RA Rating Agency is the first independent rating agency in Russia founded in 1997 by Expert  magazine. It is presently the largest Russian rating agency.
