OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “Integrated Grain Company” OJSC and “Troika Dialog” Investment Company” CJSC. The signs of violations included creating obstacles for economic entities intended to take part in buying additional shares of “Integrated Grain Company” OJSC, which restricted the number of potential investors. It can constitute violation of Articles 11 and 17 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.   

In course of a scheduled investigation of “Integrated Grain Company” OJSC, FAS Russia established that the procedures for selling additional shares of “Integrated Grain Company” OJSC, the method of selling (private offering), and criteria for selecting potential applicants have signs of restricting competition.
