OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2012. President Serzh Sargsyan received the Chairman of the National Bank of Poland Marek Belka.

Underscoring the high-level of the steadily developing Armenian-Polish relations, the President of Armenia stressed the importance of the reciprocal high-level visits and expressed hope that the visit of the Chairman of the National Bank of Poland will promote development and deepening of cooperation of our two countries in the areas of trade, economy and finance.

According to Marek Belka, exchange of experience and information between the Central Bank of Armenia and the National Bank of Poland rests on a solid foundation, which according to the participants of the meeting is very important for the improvement of Armenia’s financial sector since our country is on the way toward the Eurointegration.

At the meeting discussed also were issues related to the enhancement and strengthening of bilateral and multilateral cooperation of the two countries in different areas.
