OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2012. The increase in production will ensure economic growth in the second half of 2012, President Viktor Yanukovych said at his meeting with candidates for district state administration heads.

"We now hope that the economy will continue growing. In April, May, June, we have seen production growing gradually," he said.

Viktor Yanukovych also expressed hope Ukraine would gather a good harvest.

"It is very important to fulfill all our commitments. In the first half of the year we are easily fulfilling all of our social obligations, paying wages and pensions on time. There are absolutely no reservations for the second half too," he said.
