Under the Instant Access program, customers can borrower between Rb 10,000 and Rb 150,000, repayable over a period of 3 years. Interest rates start at 22% APR. No fee is charged for full or partial early settlement and borrowers automatically receive a Visa Electron card. Repayments can be made at any Uniastrum branch, via self-service kiosks, at Unistream outlets, or using QIWI and Elecsnet payment terminals owned by the Bank’s partners*.

The program is already operating at the Bank’s branches in Barnaul, Volgograd, Kazan, Kirov, Krasnodar, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Orel, Orenburg, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Samara, Smolensk, Ulyanovsk, and Cheboksary.
