Work with the signing of contracts for housing loans has to be organized like with issue of compensation to depositors of Sberbank of the former Soviet Union - clearly and consistently. This was stressed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a Cabinet meeting when information about the progress of the social initiatives of President of Ukraine was listened, in particular, on cheapening the price of credits for affordable housing.

However, the Prime Minister said that during his visit to the Savings Bank, he also saw how the work of lending for housing organized he also talked with people. Future owners of dwellings are pleased that can buy their own homes at reasonable terms, having received credit on favorable terms.

"We need to activate this work. Loans and information about them should be available and receiving of them should be simple and clear "- the Prime Minister said.

Currently it has been set to participate in the program of 88 facilities housing where there are 3,867 apartments, Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services said Anatoliy Blyznyuk informed.

In Ukraine, about 6.1 thousand people wanted to get loans at a cheaper interest rate. Already in the framework of the program have been signed 35 agreements, including in Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv - 12 contracts in each. Over three thousand people are now in the process of preparing documents for registration of the relevant agreements.

Many banking institutions are ready to give credit to purchase homes within the program. In particular, the Savings Bank and UGB throughout the country Finance and Credit Bank - in Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Mykolaiv regions, Kyiv and Sevastopol; Ukreximbank - in the Autonomous Republic Crimea, Lviv, Khmelnytsky regions; UkrsotsBank - in Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Chernivtsi regions and in Sevastopol, Brokbusinessbank - in Kyiv, Bank Forum - in Dnipropetrovsk, Prominvestbank - in Chernihiv region , Financial initiative - in Chernivtsi region and Sevastopol, Kredobank - in the Crimea.
