OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2012. Members of Rosneft’s Management Board have increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital as follows:

- Eduard Khudainatov, member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, First Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0526% to 0.0605%.

Larisa Kalanda, member of the Management Board and Vice President of Rosneft, increased her holding from 0.0082% to 0.0118%.

Gani Gilaev, member of the Management Board and Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0012% to 0.0032%.

Peter Lazarev, member of the Management Board and Financial Director of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0007% to 0.0011%.

This increase in the charter capital of Rosneft’s senior management exemplifies the confidence that the Company’s shares are currently undervalued and have significant growth potential. The share holdings of Rosneft’s senior management are in line with global best practice for management incentives. .
