OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2012. Modern-Expo Group keeps on working at Spanish market.

In May 2012 in Reus, Tarragona province, Spain new shop under name Komkal was open. The project was successfully completed thanks to the cooperation of manufacturer and Licores Figuerola SA.

Market will work in Cash&Carry format. The total area of the object is 9 thousand square meters, including shopping areas that occupy 7.5 thousand square meters. Shelving Columbus, one of the best solutions by Modern-Expo for retail, occupy 5 thousand square meters. In addition check-out boxes, integrated racks and shelves for vegetables were installed. Every store will serve about 500 people per day. It is the largest shop in Tarragona.

Also in May 2012 another project has been implemented - Shop under name Mar Blau. Opening of the object took place on 15-16 of May in Villanova y la Geltru near Barcelona, Spain. Unlike the previous one this store will function as supermarket. Trade object works as franchise of one of the largest Spanish networks - Condis; is the third shop, working as franchise contract. Modern-Expo became supplier of metal shelving, solutions for bakery and vegetables and also set up ergonomic and functional checkouts of Magellan series.
