OREANDA-NEWS. June 7, 2012. Meeting of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia elected, on June 1, 2012 at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank, was held.

The meeting decided on the matters of election of the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the Supervisory Board, members of Committees of the Supervisory Board, approved draft work plan of the Board for 2012-2013.

Ignatiev Sergey Mikhailovich – Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation – was elected to office of Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The following persons were elected to offices of Deputy Chairmen of Sberbank of Russia:

- Luntovskiy Georgiy Ivanovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;

- Ulyukaev Aleksey Valentinovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia approved members of Committees of the Supervisory Board.

Members of the Committee – Ivanova N. Yu, Tkachenko b.N., Simonyan R. R., Sinelnikov-Murylev S.G., Tulin D.V.

The meeting also approved a provisional work plan for the bank’s Supervisory Board for 2012-2013.
