OREANDA-NEWS. June 06, 2012.  Kaluga Turbine Works (KTZ JSC) company, member of Power Machines Group, has manufactured and successfully tested power generating equipment for a TPP being built in the town of Tutayev (Yaroslavl region). 

KTZ JSC entered into a contract with Saturn – Gas Turbines JSC (town of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region) in April 2011. In accordance with the contract terms the KTZ plant is to design, manufacture and deliver two Т-8,5/10,2-3,4/0,18 steam turbines, each having a capacity of 10 MW. The contract terms also include the provision of installation supervision services.
 The turbines produced by KTZ JSC are to be operated at the TPP being built in Tutayev as a part of a 52 MW combined cycle power plant. The power plant is being built on the basis of four GTA-8PM units produced by Saturn-Gas Turbines JSC. The project is being implemented in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Program adopted in the Yaroslavl region.
