In order to manage their activities and achieve measureable and stable results, managers need to have educated and qualified personnel which is able to take responsibility and an active part in business development. With this in mind, JSC “E4 Group” pays great attention to development of its employees` competences in the field of management. The company has undertaken to implement the international standards requirements for quality assurance, health protection, industrial and environment safety.

Integrated Management Systems (hereinafter – IMS) Training dedicated to requirements of ISO 9001 (GOST R ISO 9001), ISO 14001 (GOST R ISO 14001), OHSAS 18001 (GOST 12.0.230) standards was held, which was arranged for theoretical and practical training of the personnel who will be responsible for the integration of management systems and establishment of a team of internal IMS auditors.

Currently, the requirements of ISO standards are being introduced into the Company`s management system individually for each of the selected areas (quality, occupational safety, environment protection). For the next stage, the management has set a task to integrate everything into united management system (IMS), which will reduce costs related to audits (both external and internal), as well as optimize the Company`s business process planning, control and analysis system.

Members of IMS working team, as well as the employees responsible for fulfillment of the Company`s obligations related to quality assurance, occupational, industrial and environment safety took part in the training. Based on the test results, all the participants received the certificates entitling them to hold IMS audit both in the Company and at subcontractors as part of ongoing projects.

The fact that JSC “E4 Group” managers are aimed at continuous improvement of the management system and implementation of the obligations on the management system compliance with international requirements is an absolute competitive advantage in the engineering services market.
