OREANDA-NEWS. June 5, 2012. From September 2008, the design institutes of E4 group started implementing the state-of-the-art 3D design technology – KEDO-Global PDMS, and from the year 2010, the technology entered into a commercial operation stage. AVEVA PDMS software is a basic system for 3D. Every year AVEVA holds conferences among the AVEVA users. The E4`s representatives have participated in all the conferences. At the 2nd Russian AVEVA conference, the design institute E4-Sibkotes took the first place in the competition for the best design.

The 4th Russian Conference of AVEVA PDMS users took place in Saint-Petersburg.  Over one hundred specialists from leading companies of Russia, CIS and a range of European countries participated in the conference to share their experience in the software application, as well as they participated in the discussion dedicated to development thereof.

The conference was attended by the representatives of Kiev Research-and-Development and Design-Engineering Institute “Energoprojekt” (JSC “KIEP”), which is a design division comprised by JSC “E4 Group”. In the frameworks of the conference, a competition was held for the best AVEVA-based design.

In the result of voting by the conference participants, the first place was awarded to JSC “KIEP” for its design of “Construction of a 420 MW CCPP at the Cherepovetskaya State District Power Plant. Main building”.
