On June 1, 2012 “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” officially published the Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia order № 80-T/3 dated 04.05.2012 “On approving rates of harbor dues and tariffs in the seaports of the Russian Federation and on making amendments to Appendix 1 of the FTS of Russia order № 522-T/1 dated 20.12.2007 “On approving rates of harbor dues in the seaports of the Russian Federation” registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 29, 2012. According to the FTS of Russia order, the harbor dues and tariffs rates for foreign shipping and cabotage vessels were increased by 5% in average in all seaports of the Russian Federation, except those of Azov, Arkhangelsk, Magadan, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Rostov-on-Don, and the seaports of Chukotka.
Terms of icebreaking due in Azov and Rostov-on-Don seaports were reduced to 26 days.
