NOMOS-BANK and PIK Group Extend Mortgage Cooperation in Moscow Region
OREANDA-NEWS. June 4, 2012. NOMOS-BANK and the housing developer, PIK Group, are extending their mortgage cooperation in the Novostroika (‘New Build’) and Novostroika + Maternal Capital programmes. Two new addresses (Buildings 23 and 26, Solntsevo-Park Microregion, Pykhtino, Leninsky District, Moscow Region) have been added to the programmes.
Apartments will be in 25-storey, seven-section buildings, constructed from pre-fabricated panels. Improvements compared with previous pre-fabricated apartment construction include large verandas, bay windows, and semi-circular balconies which give the buildings an interesting and varied architectural silhouette. For the convenience of buyers, all apartments in Buildings 23 and 26 will be offered for sale fully decorated.
Fixed interest rates in rubles on mortgage loans as part of the Novostroika programme start from 13.25% before establishment of ownership rights (payments towards the new property can be made during construction, before full ownership rights are possible), and the rates are reduced by one percentage point after ownership rights are established. Mortgage loans are from RUB 500,000 to RUB 30 million for periods up to 30 years. The minimum initial down-payment by the purchaser is 20% of the apartment price. Mortgage applications are processed within three working days. NOMOS-BANK offers mortgage loans to employees, the self-employed and business owners. The Bank is also prepared to take account of the incomes of co-borrowers including close relatives and civil partners.
The NOMOS-BANK mortgage product Novostroika + Maternal Capital allows buyers to pay a lower initial down-payment of 10% of the apartment price by contributing ‘maternal capital’ (a Russian government payment to families at the time of child birth, intended specifically to be spent on housing).
