OREANDA-NEWS. June 4, 2012. From 1 June Eesti Energia's customer service line will be open on weekdays between 8am and 7pm. Since our customer service receives very few calls on Saturdays we have decided to transfer the Saturday resources to weekdays and make our customer service more efficient. This means we can shorten the waiting times for our customer service lines.

It is important for us at Eesti Energia that we are accessible to our customers. We get an average of about 5,000 calls each weekday and more than 17,000 calls a week, but there are only 150 calls on Saturdays.

At weekends customers can leave messages on our voicemail 1545 or email requests to teenindus@energia.ee.

These changes will not affect the operation of the fault notification line 1343, which operates round the clock.
