OREANDA-NEWS. June 01, 2012. Vologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West has commenced reconstruction of “Novinkovskaya” 35/6 kV substation in the Vytegra District, Vologda Region. The project CAPEX as provided by the grid company will make approximately 41 mln RUR.

In the course of reconstruction the power industry facility will undergo works for replacement of two power transformers with new 4 MVA ones and of the 35 kV outdoor switchgear. Additionally, specialists of Vologdaenergo branch, jointly with contractors, will carry out modernization of the accumulator battery, relay protection and automation, telemechanics and electric energy accounting devices.

The power industry facility ensures power supply for the Markovo Settlement housing stock and domestic utility sector as well as for the Volga–Baltic Waterway hydraulic works facilities. “Novinkovskaya” 35/6 kV substation is to be commissioned in Q4 2012.
