June 01, 2012.  Notification about decrease under 5% of the total vote With reference to the information duty resulting from Art.69 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (dated 23 September 2005 with later amendments) BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA (“BPH TFI”) informs that as the result of the transaction settled on 24-th May 2012 BPH TFI holds under 5% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of Agroton Public Limited.   

Before the transaction BPH TFI held 1 087 697 shares (one million eighty seven thousand six hundred ninety seven shares) which represented 5,02% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

After the transaction BPH TFI holds 1 066 582 shares (one million sixty six thousand thousand five hundred eighty two shares) which represents 4,92% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
