The 2012 Chongqing International Auto Show will be held in Nanping International Convention & Exhibition Center during June 6~June 11.  More than 60 types of vehicles will be shown in Chongqing for the first time in this auto show, and Changan Auto, Trumpchi and Global Hawk, etc. will launch SUV debuts.   

During this show, Changan Auto will launch REATON, SC35 and Yuexiang V5 debuts, among which REATON is the flagship product for Changan to compete in middle and high-end auto market. As to SUV, Changan Auto will bring its first SUV—CS35 to this auto show. SUV—CS35 is researched and developed according to SUV concept vehicle shown in Frankfurt Auto Show of last year. In addition, the first A+ vehicle of Lifan—Lifan 720, which had made its world debut in Beijing Auto Show will also appear in this auto show.


The Auto Show Organizing Committee introduces that the auto debuts of imported brands in this auto show will also be eye-catching. These auto debuts include west China 458Spider debut of Ferrari, one of the world’s top three sports car brand, GranCabrioSport debut of Maserati and Talisman debut of Renault. Additionally, 6-series four-door coupe of BMW will make its debut in this auto show.

The gathering of a large number of SUV debuts will be a hotspot in this show. Exhibitors say that the high-mountain and uneven-road terrain of Chongqing endows SUV with a superior market prospect. The young group pursuing personalized and diversified leisure lifestyle will be the main purchasers of SUV.
