OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2012. Eni is committed to defining the terms of the divestment of its stake shortly, and expects to submit them to its Board of Directors on May 30.

Eni notes the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers issued today which sets out the guidelines for the divestment of its stake in Snam and identifies Cassa Depositi e Prestiti as the appropriate entity to continue to provide stability to Snam's shareholder base.
