OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2012. Starting from 4.06.2012, a new version of the General Conditions of Term Deposit Contracts of BIGBANK AS shall be applied.

In comparison to earlier conditions, the regulation of opening a deposit and automatically extending the contract have changed. Also the conditions of calculating interest have been specified.

The new conditions shall be applied with regard to existing depositors only upon automatic extension of the deposit contract, being then enforced starting from the dew deposit period. Should one not agree with the amendments, it is possible for them to refuse extending the contract automatically under the procedure provided in the general conditions of the contract.

The amendments do not affect those existing depositors, who have not given an order for automatic extension of the contract and whose contract thereby is not automatically extended for a new deposit period.
