The Company was awarded in the nomination “M&A: The deal of the year” for the merger with Silvinit that was completed in June 2011. Uralkali also received an award in the nomination “Best corporate development strategy”.

Investor Awards is an awarding ceremony that distinguishes the most significant investment achievements of companies and investors aiming to promote best investment practices and raise the standards of behaviour on the capital markets.
