OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2012. Please be advised that by a decision of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange as of May 22, 2012 the following has been determined regarding ordinary uncertified registered shares of JSC "Polymetal" (state registration number 1-02-00412-D as of 05.12.2006, trading system code PMTL, hereinafter the shares):

from May 31, 2012 execution of trades in the shares will be ceased in the sector Standard.

In the sector Standard starting from the evening trading session on May 23, 2012, submission of orders to execute trades in the shares with settlement after May 30, 2012 will be stopped.

From June 07, 2012 the row No19 will be removed from the table 11 "List of securities admitted to trading in the sector Standard" contained in the Appendix to the Order No 130-r of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange as of 10.02.2012 (the rows No 20-34 shall be deemed rows No 19-33 respectively).

The above-mentioned provisions have been determined in accordance with the Trading rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of the Exchange on December 22, 2011 and based on requirements set forth in clause 4.1 of the Main requirements to securities admitted to trading in the sector Standard of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of the Exchange on February 10, 2012, due to exclusion of the shares.
