OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2012. On May 18, three mine dump trucks Komatsu HD785-7 made at Komatsu Yaroslavl works were officially put into operation at Berezovsky open-pit mine-1, a subsidiary of JSC  SUEK-Krasnoyarsk.

The event was attended by Mr. Andrei Fyodorov, Executive Director, SUEK-Krasnoyarsk; Mr. Tsukamoto Yasuhisa, CEO, LLC  Komatsu Manufacturing Rus; Mr. Shiratori Yoshihiro, CEO, LLC  Sumitek International, Komatsu's authorized distributor in the Northern Federal District, and many others.

"This is an important day for SUEK and all those keen on development of coal mining in Russia. From now on, the dump trucks ranked among the best in the industry both in terms of their manufacturing quality and performance will be operating at our open-pit mine. Berezovsky miners are highly skilled professionals and I trust that in their hands such a vehicle will turn into a grand tool for achieving worthy result!" noted Mr. Andrei Fyodorov in his presentation at the ceremony dedicated to commissioning the three Komatsu dump trucks.

After the speeches were over, the waybill was symbolically signed with a formal ceremony, the work order was issued, and the symbolic red band was cut, the new trucks drove to the pit and started work.
