OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2012. Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) and Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange (SUAEE) signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Beijing. President Zhang Yun and Vice President Pan Gongsheng of ABC and President Cai Minyong and Vice President Wu Hongbing of SUAEE attended the signing ceremony. President Zhang Yun and President Cai Minyong delivered speeches, and Yin Yi, General Manager of ABC’s Special Assets Management Department and Wu Hongbing, Vice President of SUAEE signed the agreement on behalf of each party.

It’s reported that in recent years, ABC and SUAEE have unfolded cooperation in annexation loan, IPR pledge financing, rural property right transfer and market operation of NPA disposal, making noticeable achievements. Signing of the strategic cooperation agreement signals that the comprehensive cooperation between the two parties has come onto a new level.

According to the agreement, based on the principle of “equality and mutual benefit, resource sharing, long-term cooperation and common development”, ABC and SUAEE will fully put into play their advantages in financial service and property right trading platform. The two parties will also deepen comprehensive cooperation in financial and property right market in terms of assets disposal and management, financial service, non-financial assets transaction, equity fund and financial innovation, establish strategic cooperation partnership and explore new cooperation area and mode so as to promote win-win development.
