OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2012. The first meeting of creditors of BAB Bankas SNORAS (in Bankruptcy) will take place on Tuesday 12 June 2012 at the “Siemens” arena, Ozo st. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania.

The Bankruptcy Administrator has sent formal notice of the Creditors’ Meeting to those entitled to attend.

The following documents are now available at www.snoras.com:

• Notice of first Creditors’ Meeting

• Cover letter regarding the first Creditors’ Meeting

• Pre-registration form

• Advance voting form

• Power of Attorney form

Creditors wishing to attend the Creditors’ Meeting will be able to use the online pre-registration form which will be available in the next couple of days.

Please note that creditors are not obliged to attend or vote at the Creditors’ Meeting (or issue a power of attorney to a representative to vote on their behalf). Creditors will not prejudice their claim and entitlement to any dividend in the bankruptcy, should there be one, if they do not attend or vote at the Creditors’ Meeting. No distribution will be made to creditors at the Creditors’ Meeting.
